Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh Graduated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• English proficiency is preferred
• Eligible for Tamheer Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and digital content.
• Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and metrics.
• Prepare and present marketing reports to management, highlighting campaign performance and insights.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
